- Support and promote a variety of equity-focused initiatives in New Jersey in the areas that the CRC has identified: social equity hiring, community outreach and engagement, expungements and criminal justice involvement, cannabis business education and training, diverse partnerships, and more.
- Spearhead an equity-focused initiative as a Member-Leader.
Networking & Collaboration
- Access the NJCEA’s exclusive “behind-the-scenes” forum for members to communicate and collaborate with each other.
- Participate in regular meetings with fellow members.
- Meet up with fellow members and sponsors at periodic in-person events.
- Take advantage of exclusive member discounts and promotions.

- All Board-Level Members are Trustees of NJCEA

- Caucus with fellow members to cast a single, collective vote at the Board level
